Headway - Keep Fit









Every day I do fitness at Egdewater gym.

I like bicycles.
I like lifting weights.
I like doing stretches.
I like lifting legs.
I like the sitting press
I like the row lift.
I like lifting dumbbells.
I like some kettle weights.
I like rowing.
I like boxing.
I like the bench press.
I like the squat.
I like abs.
I like leg lift.
I like pull down.
